Greatly enjoyed the room with mountain view. My bed was exceptionally comfortable. The location was central, adjacent to a nearby restaurant in the corner of the street, main train station, and Interlaken Ost.

The property was fairly clean and featured lovely design. I GREATly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The hotel had a great location close to Unterseen Castle and the area was lovely. The superior king room had all the basic facilities you need, including a safe, cable TV, and a mini-fridge-bar.

We truly enjoyed the hotel, it was stunningly beautiful and had wonderful location just next door to trains and restaurants and the old town of Interlaken. The staff were very very nice and courteous people at the reception desk. Standard double room was the best. Stayed here previously and would stay here again.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for 4 nights and I absolutely loved it. The location was perfect, being within walking distance of both the train station and the center of town. The staff, especially John, were extremely welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, with beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. One of the highlights was the buffet breakfast, which was absolutely fantastic and even included a glass of champagne. this hotel provided great value for the money and I would highly recommend it.
Everything exceeded my expectations, no improvements needed.
